Noah’s Ark Day Nursery- Admissions

We are delighted that you are considering our nursery for your child

Our admissions process is designed to be clear, supportive, and welcoming, ensuring every family feels informed and confident as they take this important step in their child’s early years journey.

We welcome families using a variety of payment and funding options, including private fees, government-funded childcare hours (15 and 30 hours), student finance childcare support (CCG), Tax-Free Childcare, and other approved funding schemes, subject to eligibility.

We have helpful links on our website with information to support families using funded places.

Here’s how it works:

1. Nursery Show-Around
Parents are welcome to come and visit the nursery for a tour. This is a great opportunity to see our environment, meet our staff, and ask any questions about our sessions and facilities
2. Registration
If you would like to secure a place, registration forms are available to download and print via the link below, or can be collected in person from the nursery.
3. Checking Details & Availability
Once we receive your completed registration form, we will check the details and confirm availability

4.Complete Registration Documents
If a place is available, we will contact you to come into the nursery to:
Complete the full registration paperwork and contracts
• Bring your child’s birth certificate and parent/carer photo ID so we can make copies at the nurser
y

5. Stay and Play Session
After registration is complete, parents and children are invited to attend Stay and Play sessions before the child’s start date. During these sessions:
• Your child will meet their Key Worker
• Parents and children will complete an “All About Me” form to share important information about routines, interests, and needs
• Your child can explore the room and get familiar with the environment

5. Starting Nursery
Once the Stay and Play session is complete, your child is ready to begin their nursery journey. Our Key Workers will support both you and your child during settling-in to ensure a smooth, happy start.
